This simple question may be the single most important thought we could ever entertain in mind.
Why is that? Because what we truly desire now will bring about our experiences of tomorrow.
Yet getting clear in this field of desire and learning to truly commit, congruently, to this can be extremely difficult.
There is so much that comes into mind that derails us from creating what we truly want. So many past desires, like endless criss-crossing ripples on the surface of a lake, reverberating confusion through our minds. Stalling us in doubt; pulling us to and fro.
So many past experiences falsely held as evidence of our deepest fears and shames.
How would it be to cut through the wake of our own past choices? How would it be to dissolve the bonds of believing our past experiences dictate our self-perceptions now? How would it be to set a new course with empowered choice?
What do you truly want?
I know that new courses can be set. I know that the deepest gully's of belief can be reformed. I know that we are never bound to any belief, any condition, that is beyond the power of our own choice.
I know we can find clarity and freedom to choose within, to empower self to remember the wholeness and the rightness that resides even now in the depth of our being.
I know we can create systemic change within our own mind, because we are the ones that have formed that mind through the power of our own decisions.
I know that healing, transformation and change are not only possible, but are the foundation of our ongoing stories as Soul.
I know the journey can feel arduous, challenging, impossible and forlorn at times. I know how much it takes to stand against the tides of the conditioned mind and find the strength to anchor something new.
I know too the value of joining in Love, breath, relaxation, focussed intention and the commitment to change. And how powerful it can be to breathe with another and share in a field of dedicated presence and love.
This is an invitation into greater clarity and wholeness, One Breath at a time.
