Breathing Love ~ 90 Minute session
Focussed on this simple prayer.
Beloved Angel of the Breath,
Holy Spirit, messenger of God,
I do not know;
I do not know what I need,
But I know that you do.
Join me now in this breath,
And in every breath,
With the Love that God breathes through all,
I open to receive the wisdom of Love,
As I breathe,
As I breathe,
As I breathe.

LovesBreath is a process of alchemy through breathing without agenda, with focussed
awareness in the deep belly, with presence and invitation to Spirit.
The process of LovesBreath is centred upon relaxation and letting go, allowing the flow of life, that breath is, to gently open the mind and the body to deeper flows of light.
There is an alchemy from bringing breath, awareness, presence and Spirit together into a single experience in time. An alchemy that can transform old psychic emotional material and recycle these inert and frozen energies back into flowing life.
In this 90 minute session we will meditate, relax and open in sharing as to what inspires the connection and what is present in mind.
Then we will settle into LovesBreath, entering into the prayer above.
You will be guided by me, into deep connected breathing, through the nose and into the belly. Welcoming relaxation, Spirit and a letting go that allows Love to breathe with you, through you.
There is a sweetness in the breath that can only be experienced through deeper and deeper surrender to not knowing and the release of control that LovesBreath will always point towards.
The effect of this letting go is a deeper presence of Love within the body and mind and a greater sense of peace as that Love is known and accepted as the foundation of who we are, not just as a concept in mind but as a felt experience in the body.
The experience can also highlight the blocks, resistance and denial that forms the centre of the inertia and 'stuckness' that causes so much disturbance in the forms of our world. This space becomes a deep opportunity for alchemy and healing as the breath is gently encouraged and teased into the foundations of what denies Light and Life.
The breath is the messenger that brings this Love into the form, which is why LovesBreath is.
