Prior to each session an email will be sent asking for a theme, this theme will then be used to guide the inquiry questions posed in the session.
Each session is divided into 4 key elements:
1 * Beginning with landing, orienting, breathing and relaxing: Guided meditation and breath.
2 * Moving gently into the inquiry stage: Dropping key inquiry questions into mind and exploring the responses that arise. Examples of inquiry questions are ~ My most negative thought about myself is that I am... A reason I believe I'll never be happy is... A reason I believe I'll never have enough is.... The most limiting thought that I have about myself is... The story of my birth is...
The inquiry will bring about discovery of limiting core beliefs, which we will talk about. A key element of this work is to empower the self in understanding these beliefs are not immutable, and that self is at choice.

3 * Moving into Breath Ceremony: Creating sacred container. Guided breathing for an hour focussing on the intentions set. Breathing techniques will be taught and guided. Focussing awareness and breath into transforming old structures and bringing in the new. The breathwork will be held and guided throughout by Israel.
4 * Integration: Resting, relaxing and sharing to consolidate, debrief and integrate.
