A Conversation in Love
Pulling together 20 years experience working with individuals and groups, I use a 'parts' informed approach to therapy, incorporating; Internal Family Systems, Somatic Wholeness, Energy Healing and Breathwork, whilst interweaving the teachings of the Christ Path (ACIM and Way of Mastery) combined with my personal connection with Spirit.
The essence of which is the return of Love to Mind and body.
I use the tools that I know have worked for me, and that I see working for my clients. I am always learning, exploring and growing in my practice and in my personal journey.
There is no requirement for you to have a spiritual belief system, or to believe in what I do. It is for me to tailor the session to you, not for you to adapt to me.
This is simply the experience that informs my work. The essence of which is connection and understanding.
I work with, what I call, deep intuition, being open in body and mind to see, feel, hear, trust and allow the movement of Self to guide the flow of the session and to sense what wants to happen next.
I have an intention for deep listening, attunement and relaxation. Allowing the ease of the space to welcome your story to unfold organically from your mind and body. Leading the way for seeing, holding and healing.
I see true healing as a process of meeting past contractions with spaciousness, tension with relaxation and old fears with Love.
