My primary offering is rooted in the unseen and the spiritual realms, and facilitated through the mind and body with the tools of IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) and The Wheel of Consent.
My clients are generally exploring the impacts of past lives, unattached burdens and spiritual entities, ancestral burdens and attachments, or any intersections of the spiritual and unseen realms and their current impacts on the present system of mind and body.
I work from a place of presence and authenticity within my own system, whilst holding a field of compassion, empathy and curiosity with all parts, beings and selves presenting in the space.
I adopt a non-demand approach and rely upon the grace of Self presence and the gentle curiosity of love to allow invitation and holding, for protection, story, belief, emotion and healing.

A session is priced at £90 per hour.
£120 for an hour and a half.
